Who I am is not just my work, but the journey I took to get to where I am today. I have made a success out of my life, and obtained the skills that I needed to accomplish the goals I have for myself. I enjoy learning, even more than that I love sharing my knowledge with others.


I lead courses and workshops for adults in Content Management, Web Design and Accessibility. I have taught Java programming, and Web Design to young people.


My goals as an Instructional Designer, Accessibility Consultant and Designer are to be able to design and train Web Developers, Content Managers, and Document Creators to create accessibly content from the start.

I am becomming certified in Accessibility so that I may hold workshops and training's for corporations and government agencies.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Project Leader/Systems Analyst – Richland County I work with Document and Website Accessibility focusing on new and old documents, as well as a new Content Management System that we are migrating to. I assist in the training and creation of materials for distribution.

Senior Web Developer – South Carolina Department of Education I have the highest rate of attendance for any of the classes and workshops taught for content management. Accessibility is my passion and I was constantly learning and training our agency on Accessibility standards.

Computer Science Instructor - Lexington District 2 South Carolina I taught one year Java programming and Web Design. Before the year was out my class size doubled in sign up for the following year. I am an in demand instructor who inspires young people to reach their potential.

Web Developer – South Carolina Department of Education I became the lead instructor and workshop leader for my team within months of starting the position.

Front End Designer – Cyber Rose Design I brought creativity and color to my design team, and created beautiful budget websites for my clients.

IT Service Specialist II – Department of Revenue and Fiscal Affairs I assisted end users with the Phoenix software. I was very much in demand and requested to assist the users as they understood the way I explained and taught them to use the software.
